Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of isitlanding, a free landing-page audit tool operated by GarageExit. By submitting a URL for audit, you agree to these terms.

1. What the service does

isitlanding fetches a publicly accessible URL, extracts its copy and a screenshot, and returns an AI-generated analysis covering the hero and value proposition, positioning and ideal customer, proof and trust, CTA and offer, page flow and objections, and visual consistency. Audits are informational — they are not a guarantee of outcomes.

2. Acceptable use

By using the service, you agree that you will not:

• Submit URLs you do not have the right to audit (private, gated, or otherwise not publicly accessible)
• Submit URLs that host illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or malware-serving content
• Use the service to scrape, mirror, or systematically reproduce third-party content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass rate limits or security controls
• Use automated tools to submit audits at abusive scale (respect the rate limits — currently a few audits per hour per session)

We may block IP addresses, sessions, or URLs at any time to protect the service.

3. AI-generated output

Audit results are produced by large language models and computer vision models. They may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or judgments that reflect training data biases. Treat every finding as a second-opinion starting point, not a source of truth. Do not use the output for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

We do not warrant that audits are complete, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for evaluating whether a recommendation makes sense in your context before acting on it.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the landing pages you audit. By submitting a URL, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to fetch the page, extract copy and images, generate an audit, and store the results for display, sharing, and improvement of the service.

5. Audit sharing

Audit result URLs are unguessable but not authenticated — anyone with the URL can view the audit. Do not share audit URLs for private or internal pages you would not want a third party to see.

6. Free service, no SLA

isitlanding is offered free of charge. There is no service-level agreement, no uptime guarantee, and no support commitment. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Third-party dependencies

The service depends on Cloudflare (hosting), OpenRouter (AI model routing), and third-party model providers (OpenAI, DeepSeek, Z.AI). If any of these are unavailable, the service may degrade or fail.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GarageExit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including lost revenue, lost conversions, or decisions made based on audit output.

In jurisdictions that do not allow certain liability limitations, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, since the service is free, is zero).

9. Intellectual property

The isitlanding brand, UI, code, and prompt engineering are the property of GarageExit. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the service without permission.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or restrict your access if you violate these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Paraguay, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Asunción, Paraguay.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
